Our sustainable process

A big percentage of raw material is unnecessarily wasted during the production of potato products daily, from consumable waste to energy.

Dutch Potato Pro believes in the philosophy of sustainability and the optimal use of raw materials. From purchasing our potato chips to reusing energy that would otherwise be lost, all developments that we conceive and implement have been thought to reduce the environment’s burden.

However, it doesn’t stop there; even our three factories are strategically positioned to produce potato flour with as little freight traffic as possible.

Waste reduction

Fries and chips that we buy are made from potatoes. The potatoes are peeled and cut to produce these foodstuffs. Remnants that remain during this process are used by Dutch Potato Pro to make potato flour for the pet food industry.

In doing so, we create a better environment and make the best raw material for your pet food.

Smart logistics

Our three production locations are positioned with respect to each other and suppliers of raw materials, thus making this is logistically optimal.

Reuse of energy

The production process of Dutch Potato Pro only uses residual heat and green electricity.

Our products are specially produced for the pet food industry and are available according to various specifications. Our products differ in the degree of gelatinisation. We also offer customized blends to meet customers’ exact composition when needed.
