Your stay also includes a complimentary night at the Invinity Hotel, one of the most unique hotels in the Netherlands. This former water tower has been transformed into a magical place with panoramic views and a rotating restaurant at the top. It feels like stepping into a story and it is an experience on its own.

Conditions for participation

  • Attendance is by invitation only
  • Each company may register up to two participants
  • Please select your first choice date and second choice date in the form
  • Your registration becomes final once you receive confirmation expected in the first week of January
  • There are no costs for attending the program
  • You may choose one complimentary hotel night either the night before the event or the night after
  • Local transfers during the program are included
  • Meals drinks and the full day program are fully arranged for you
  • If a date reaches full capacity we will assign seats based on registration order and your second choice date
  • In case of unexpected circumstances we reserve the right to adjust the program or capacity

After you register we will contact you to arrange your invitation. If you need to fly, no problem, we are here to help make your trip smooth and well coordinated.
